Queen Mary Opera - Paris

The location is terrific with a classic Parisienne feel. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning. The staff were genuinely helpful, particularly a male member who assisted us with baggage issues. I would definitely return!

The location is fantastic. The hotel was very quiet. It was nice having internet access that was free. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions, getting us a taxi to the airport & printing our boarding passes. I would definitely stay at the Queen Mary Opera again.

The location near multiple metro stations is fantastic. I loved the easy access to shops and attractions. My room was cozy, clean, and came with a kettle and Nespresso machine. The air conditioning was adjustable, which I appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety, but after several days, the options felt repetitive. The bathroom amenities could have been better stocked. Having only one bottle for body wash and shampoo was inconvenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and they stored my luggage before my room was ready. I also found the soundproofing inadequate. I could hear noise from the hall and neighboring rooms at times.

The Queen Mary Hotel was in an ideal location to access all the sites in Paris on foot, by Open Tour Bus, by metro or city bus system ( we did most of our site seeing on foot and Open Bus Tour). The accomodations was beautiful French design that met my every expectation of a quaint hotel in Paris. the staff were most helpful in assisting us with directions and giving suggestions of things to do, places to eat and transportation. We would definitely stay here again in the future!!!!!

We have stayed at this hotel before and found the location excellent for shopping in particular. There is a few metro stations close also. We really like the Madelaine area as it is walking distance to the Champs Elysees, good restaurants and Printemps and Galleries Lafyette. The staff are always helpful and friendly and the rooms are clean. The bed was also comfortable and the airconditioning was great in the summer months. Our rate was 149 euro including breakfast which we found reasonable for the area.

The room we had this time was quite small but from the past visit we know there are bigger rooms. We were only there to sleep so it wasn't an issue. For a 3 star hotel, the breakfast was adequate although not brilliant.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for quieter accommodations and better views of the surrounding area.

The hotel is under construction so windows are blocked and in addition air condition is not working well.Breakfast is being served in the "basement".
